Megatrain Pre booking inquiry
Hello,
I am about to book a round trip from Bristol Airport to Exeter. I have a pre booking enquiry on megabus or megatrain.
One never knows how long it will take to get out of the airport, so I would like to know if I book a ticket for the 10:30am (for example) bus, but it takes us longer than expected, will the ticket be good for the next bus?
The same question applies for the return from Exeter.
All the times seem to have the same price, so it would be helpful to know the answer ASAP so I can go ahead and book.

Your ticket should be good for the next bus service if you missed the original one. But to be sure, please let the driver know or call the megabus customer services telephone line on:

They are open 7 days a week from 7 am until 8 pm.
